Icon Construction & Remodeling Inc was founded in Chicago's West Loop and has spent over a decade building a reputation for quality general contracting throughout the city and surrounding suburbs. From single-room renovations to full gut rehabs and new construction, our team has completed more than 110 projects across neighborhoods including Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, Pilsen, Logan Square, Bridgeport, and the South Loop.

We hold a full Illinois general contractor license and carry comprehensive liability and workers' compensation insurance on every job site.
